Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

 Shipping Charges: A flat rate of PKR [250] applies to all orders.

 Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above PKR [5000].

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your Tracking ID and the courier company details so you can easily track your parcel online.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is paid to the courier agent upon receiving your package.

5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If you receive a package that is open, damaged, or tampered with, please do not accept it from the courier rider and contact our customer support team immediately.
